When and how to fertilise hedge plants

To maintain constant growth hedge plants require regular fertilising.

For flowering hedges fertilise just after flowering finishes.

Fertilizing foliage hedges can be done in the spring, summer, or autumn. A dose of 40 grams (a large handful) per m2 will suffice for most hedge varieties.
